Hi everyone,
We are planning my bachelorette party for DC this summer and it's been a while since I've been to a bachelorette party in DC, so I'm looking for recommendations! There will be about 15 of us, including a couple non-drinkers and several non-dancers. I'm looking for places for after dinner where a group of this size can sit and have cocktails in a lively atmosphere (ideally with a patio since there are a few smokers in the group).
Where I really need help is suggestions for places where those of us who are still left standing can go dance late night. We're all in the 35+ age group and are looking for a similar crowd. (I'm not a huge fan of Local 16 or anyplace that has such a similarly awful female patron:bathroom ratio - I don't want to spend all night in line to use the ladies room!) And I don't want to go any place that shuns bachelorette parties.
