Thoughts on Simone's Bridal in Hanover?

Does anyone have a first hand experiece with SImone's in Hanover? I've looked them up and they seem to have a lot of BM dresses in stock but I've read so many different reviews, some people loved it and some people hated it. 

I just want to be sure I'm not wasting my and my bridal party's time.

    They were wonderful! Very good customer service and very eager to help. I would call ahead and let them know you're coming and what you're looking for before you go just to make sure someone is avialable to help, but I walked in one day and got great service!

     got My dress and BM's dresses there. they were wonderful to work with. they have books with all the dresses they have in stock and as you pick dresses within your price range (prices are marked in the books) they Will pull then so you  can see them in person so you can decide if you want your girls to try it  on our not. they are very honest about sizing and pricing is negotiable. they gave us 15% off  the BM's dresses for black Friday weekend sale.
