Vendor question XP.....

Vendor issue........I ordered 10 bridesmaids sets from a wholesale dealer on-line and have been waiting patiently for my jewelry when I get an email that says "EEk we thought this was sent out, but we don't have this in stock. Please pick something else." First I was kind of piss because I had my heart set on that jewelry, but whatever. I sent an email back and asked for a different one and have not heard anything yet and it has been a week. I sent a second email two days ago and nothing. What is my next step??????

  • Oh man, I would look for any sort of phone number on the website, as well as writing a STRONGLY WORDED email filled with the dissapointment you are feeling!

  • Have you already paid for these items?  If so I would definitely threaten to contact the BBB...that might scare them into getting back to you.
