Any old Knotties on here who used Travis Harris?

Hi Ladies,

I got married in June and just got a link to my picture gallery from Travis Harris on Monday. We have been emailing back and fourth but he seems to ignore a question I've asked him THREE times and I'm starting to freak out and don't know what to think. I asked him how I went about picking out the pictures for my album, enlargement, and for a print package that was included in my package and he does not answer the question! I don't know why! All he said was that the gallery was for me to view the pictures and for people to order prints. I WANT MY ALBUM and everything that my contract says is included in my package. He also said he was going to mail me my "master DVD" that's it! No mention of album or anything else.

My question for the knotties who have used him is, how do you select your pictures for your album? What is the "Master DVD"? HELP! I'm freaking out.

    You should call him and not email him that way you can be direct.  Maybe highlight that part of your contract concerning the album and scan it in and email it to him as an attachment?  Definitely keep digging and give him a call.  Good Luck!!

    I had him and it was a similar issue with me. I had to keep bugging him and then I got everything seperately...dvd first, chose the photos, then got the prints and album all later. Don't know why it's such a mystery but I think you just have to be on him...

    Well, I guess I'll have to get on him. I have a question for you since he's not answering. Do you choose the images from the DVD or from the gallery he emails you?

    umm...I think i chose them from the DVD since it took a while to get answers anyways...but I believe it was around 50 photos you choose for the album so u can prob get an idea from the gallery in the mean time. I agree with the other post about calling him...since I had the same luck as you with emails
