We've had 1 official tasting. I've been to several events there and have never had anything bad!

LOVED the roasted sirloin with mushroom au jus, and the chicken marsala!

Didn't care for the pork with michigan cherries...but I don't care for pork usually.

I thought the pork with cherries sounded weird.  I love pork though... it's the cherries that throws me off, lol.  I really want to try the "<span style="font-family:'Lucida Sans Unicode', 'Lucida Grande', sans-serif;font-size:9px;line-height:9px;background-color:#ffffff;" class="Apple-style-span">Chef Carved Herb-Encrusted Top Sirloin of Beef served with red wine demi glaze & horseradish", but I don't like horseradish.  The pork tenderloin with madeira wine sauce sounds amazing. :P</span></font><div><font class="Apple-style-span" color="#000000">

Honestly, if I liked pork I would have loved it!  the cherry sauce was very very good! I just don't care for pork...always seems dry to me lol.

I feel so behind.  Summer was so busy that we just never had time to do a tasting.  I'm not really worried about the food, cause I have had tons of people tell me that their food is great.  Hoping to schedule our tasting for next month, fingers crossed we can find time!

No I havent had my tasting either... and I only have 6 months before my wedding. I feel like their schedule with tasting is so weird.... you cant schedule until Wednesday morning. Last time I called at 7:55 wednesday morning and they were already booked for the weekend. I havent got back around to calling.

To be honest, I have only heard good things about Arnaldos food, that I am not that worried about tastings anyway. FI and I already have it narrowed down to what we want to try, and it isnt much. We may just "wing" it!

Let me know though if you go and how it is!!

I agree, they don't even open until 9:30, so I have to call from work and see if what they are serving is something we want to try. I don't know if there is a better way to do it, but it also seems weird to me too! I will say that the one time we called they weren't booked for Saturday, they were serving some of what we wanted to try and it was a very nice evening!

No I've been slacking on my tasting. We are having food stations anyways and there are only a couple of thing my fiance and I wanna try. Guess I'll have to get on that though.
