So I booked my photographer 7 months ago for my June wedding. I have been so excited about them, because it's a husband and wife that run the business and I feel comfortable with them.

    Is it in your contract that you would get all your proofs from the e-session on the disc and the rights to them as well. I would double check your contract with them to make sure it is written that way especially for your wedding pictures.
    I wouldnt be concerned with voicing what your issues are, they should be professional and take in to account what you are spending and what you want.

    Sorry they havent been as responsive, who is your photographer?

    how much extra would it be for you to get the disk? make sure you receive the disk for the wedding before making another payment.

    You should get full rights to the photos. That was our big thing. Make sure you voice your concerns with them before the wedding.
