Fiance and I were supposed to spend all day Saturday packing up the apartment in anticipation of moving into our new house....but we had a little accident on Friday night and consumed too much beer with my friends and literally spent all day Saturday on the couch, doing nothing but hydrating and eating bad for us foods. wah-wah. THe only positive was that I had recently bought season 4 of True Blood....so I kid you not when I say we watched nearly the entire season on Saturday.

Yesterday my mom and I worked on a bunch of wedding crafts and then fiance and I took my dad to Bonefish Grill and out for fro-yo for Father's Day. mmmmmmmmmmmmm.

LOTS of work this week, combined with WR tasks and finishing up closing on our house, = a REALLY stressed out butterfly. I have a meeting with my wedding planner this week, plus a meeting with our church ceremony coordinator, plus Thursday night we are meeting our photographers for dinner and to catch up on stuff. OMG I Can't believe how much I have on my calendar right now!!

But I am mailing our rehearsal dinner invitations for FMIL today - HURRAY! She has been emailing my fiance about it literally EVERY. DAY. and it has been annoying the hell out of me, so thank god she will stop asking me about it.

It was a quiet weekend....

WR: Meeting with the DJ tomorrow, 2nd fitting Wednesday, then Bridal Shower on Sunday!! So excited!!!

NWR: I am pretty busy with all wedding stuff, that I am just hoping to catch some sun, maybe call out sometime this week to go to the beach on Thursday since it is going to be wicked hot here, and just exercising. That is pretty much it.

Lucky! Wish I could have slept in today.

I had the best. weekend. ever. It was FI's birthday Saturday and we went to a crawfish boil with our friends which was a ton of fun. Yesterday, I went down to the river and had this AMAZING lunch at this little oyster bar right on the water with my family. The weather was perfect, the wine was delicious, and the food was fantastic. Then, my brother and I went to the Dave Matthews concert which was awesome, as usual. We got back late last night so I am exhausted today, but it was so worth it!

WR plans this week include; paying vendors, finalizing contracts, etc. One month to go!!

I worked 6 days straight, 2 of those were 11hr days...and today I am off! THANK GOODNESS!!! So I am going to go down to the pool here in a few minutes and soak up as much rays as I can before this wedding...

WR: I need to finalize timelines...and make sure everyone has been measured for tuxes and picked up their dresses...

NWR: work, vacuum (Clyde is just going to have to get over it...)....This is what he does when just the vacuum is sitting out & not even turned on...he hides behind his house:

Took this past weekend off of wedding planning, so this week I'm coming back to it!

I have my bachelorette party weekend in Vegas this Fri-Sun (and Fi will be on his bachelor party at the same time in Palm Springs)
RSVP's are due this Friday as well, we are waiting on 22 more to come in (about 40 people)
My wedding coordinator and DJ emailed me yesterday saying we need to schedule our final meeting! Can't believe it is already that time! Hitting the 1 month mark this week!
My mom ordered our favor tags too this past weekend, I'm waiting on rsvp's to roll in so I can buy satrfish for the placecards.

I had a good weekend! My family and I went to my cousin's high school grad party on Saturday which was lots of fun. Yesterday I just spent time with the fam.

WR this week: I have to start working on a timeline and have to talk to the DJ about the order of events for the reception. Ugh, see related post below. This task is kind of stressing me out. FI and I are also following up with our deadbeat guests that didn't RSVP by our deadline (this past Saturday) this week. Not fun. I have my final fitting this Saturday!

NWR: theres a craft fair that it's town this Saturday so my mom and I are gonna hit that up after my fitting. I might looks for some bracelets for my BM's. Not much else out of the oridinary.

Bahahaha, Clyde is so cute. My dog hates the vacuum, too... she likes to pounce on it.

WR: Sending out RD invites today. Sending out payments for my church musical director and vocalist. Sent in my order to have my programs printed. So basically I spent a lot of freakin money today and it's only Monday. 3rd dress fitting tonight UGHHHH.

NWR: More painting. We finished the master and family room over the weekend. There's still sooooo much more to do, and it's really stressing us out trying to get it all done. But on a positive note, I've lost a lot of weight these past few weeks just from being so busy and on my feet hahaha. Also, my first department meeting is this afternoon and I'm so excited/nervous!!! I get to meet my colleagues for next year!

I am not sure if you have a Christmas Tree Shop around you, but I am doing the starfishes as my escort cards as well and I paid $70 for like 200 starfish.

Oh wow, that is a good deal! Best I've found is a wholesale place in San Diego that is .60 each. I will have to google the Christmas Tree Shop and see if there is one around. Thanks!

My hair and makeup trial is on Thursday! I am sooo excited. I'm still trying to decide what I want for my hair.... I have so many pins on pinterest but almost all of them look pretty similar so I think I can just tell the stylist to do something with a mix of the elements that I like the most.

Happy Monday!!

LM... I used to have a Jack Russell and he would go absolutely insane when the vacuum was on. We would have to lock him in the basement so my mom could vacuum in peace lol.

WR: I have my bachelorette party on Saturday so I'm looking forward to that! My mom and I finished working on the program wording, so now we are just waiting on my FI to give us one more piece of info and then we are good to go on those. My mom is actually making the copies and the programs so that's one less thing I have to do! Today I have to call the florist to set up a final meeting, and reach out to my videographer since I haven't been in touch with him yet. I also have to fill in the escort cards and FI needs to catch up with a few people to see if they are coming to the wedding or not. I would also like to get our seating chart completed. I also need to finish our timeline for the band and for myself lol. Only 19 days to go!

NWR: Work, working out, getting my nails done... that's really it!

WR: Finalize the programs so I can start assembling them. I'm also picking up my wedding favors on Friday. I bought them from etsy, but the seller is local so I'm going to get them directly from her to save shipping costs. My rsvp deadline is this Friday, so I'm going to start contacting people next Monday. Hopefully my mailbox will be full of them this week

NWR: Two of the other girls in my mother daughter book club are also getting married this summer and the first wedding is this weekend. I'm super excited.

NWR: I'm getting a new cut and color tomorrow. Because it's 4 weeks before my wedding and I'm certifiable insane.

I had a good weekend. We got my mom her dress yay!! It was one that she had found at David's Bridal months ago when looking and really liked it but they didn't have a good color in stock so she didn't buy it. Also I got my jewelry at DBs! We also went to a bbq for FI's family.

WR - I have my final dress fitting! We are going to get our marriage license on Thursday as well. I have to make my ceremony programs as I'm having nightmares that they are not done. We also are chasing down our unresponsive RSVPs at this point. I'm tracking down my RB and FG and their parents as I've called them a few times and emailed them about the RD and wedding stuff and they haven't had their son fitted for the tuxedo, ugh! Also FI is working on our place cards and table numbers over the week.

NWR - I am working and its my last week of class so tons of work there! Also, just sent in my real estate license renewal form (yay!) so I'll be licensed again by the end of the week! I'm going for a facial on Friday as a gift from my mom from the bridal shower, so hopefully that will calm me down a bit. And its supposed to be beautiful out all week so hopefully catching some sun and getting a tan!!

The weekend was pretty good. Spent fathers day camping with my family which was a lot of fun. i dont remember what else we did. I have another busy week ahead.

For still looking for the right job; I always seem to be incredibly busy.

The week: WR: I just mailed our DJ playlist and reception timeline. Tonight we are going to work on the alterations for the FGs, and my grandma attached the comb for my veil backwards.We also are going to be working on our programs, and meeting our cake lady on thursday. We also decided to slightly change the menu, so i need to let the reception now. We also have to decide on a rehearsal dinner menu, and get in touch with the bar lady. code here says it has to be separate from the food people for some reason.

NWR: painting. painting. and more painting. and changing light fixtures. Oh, and I have a doctor appt this afternoon.

My weekend was good! We went out with some OOT friends that were visiting London and had so much fun, although we ended up with unwanted hangovers the next day, as well.

This week...

WR: Send videographer songs for the 10 minute edited video. He requested them now so he can start working on the edits while we're honeymooning. Send DJ special song requests and finalized timeline. Get Reverends to approve our readings so we can make the programs finally. Keep working on the F***ing seating chart!

NWR: Going out with some friends for birthday dinner and drinks in a few minutes!

My weekend was great! So relaxing. 4th of July fireworks started this past weekend here and we hang out Saturday doing nothing but BBQing and sitting in the pool before the fireworks. It was such a good de-stresser!!!

WR: Got the hair comb for my hair!!!! We're doing a simple bun and this will go in probably on the left side! Took me forever to find this!!

Got the programs and I'm going to start putting them together. We got the M&Ms for our wedding favors (FI's name and my name both start with M so we've been M&M for ever) and I'm going to get those together probably today because it's raining so no sitting out tanning today. Slowly getting RSVPs back. They were due on the 14th but I'm going to give them till this Thursday before I start bothering them because a lot of them are out of state so I want the stupid post office to have enough time to get them to me especially since they've lost 3 invites already. We finished contacting everyone this past weekend making sure that those who haven't RSVP'd got their invite and everyone has that we've talked to now thank goodness. Fitting tomorrow!!! So much more to do this week! Lots of checks to come!

NWR: Lunch date on Wednesday with a good friend and I'm excited to not talk weddings!

We had a pretty good weekend. FI, his brothers, his brother's gf, nephew, and dad went to a baseball game for Father's Day. I stayed home and watched the game. Haha! Anyways.

NWR: I have to clean the bathroom and our bedroom sometime this week, but I really don't want to.

WR: We are ordering our food and cake this weekend. We found out that we can order it at our local store and they will transfer the order to the store down to the store closer to our venue. Kind of sad about that because that means we won't be taking a trip this weekend to our wedding venue. =( I also have to get the beach towels for my gift bags. So that means a trip to TJ MAXX this weekend as well. We do a lot of our wedding shopping on the weekend.
