AW: 1st Shower PIP

I feel so incredibly blessed today! Yesterday was our first shower and it happened to be a couple's shower so there was even more fun to be had becuase everyone and their significant other's were there! FI's Aunt, Uncle and Grandparents were the ones who threw this shower! There were 62 people at this shower so it was overwhelming, but really fun!

We have a LOT of gifts now just laying in the living room waiting to be put somewhere! Today, I had to go through our registries and take off some of the items that people didn't use our registry for or other items we recieved away from the registry but certainly take the place of something ON the registry!

All in all it was a great day... and I'm really excited for our NEXT couple's shower on the  8th of September!
I do have to say I'm pretty proud of myself as I sat down and wrote all of the thank you notes tonight.

 Some of the friends & family... as we continued to open gifts more and more people came into the home to watch us! By the time we were done everyone was inside except for my FBIL who sat outside watching us from a huge bay window! Smart man!
