Please proof my invites (PIP)

Here is the printed part of my pocketfold invite - take a looksie and let me know what you think!

Wording (just in case it's teeny tiny on your monitor)
"Together with their parents
Jennylove810
and
Jennylove810's Fiance
request the honour of your presence at their marriage
Saturday, the ninth of October
two thousand ten
at 2 o'clock in the afternoon

St. Thomas Moore Church

On the left-hand side will be a ribbon with a rhinestone buckle, hence the orientation of the wording.

I think they look great! The only thing I would add is "Reception to Follow" or something along those lines.

Maybe I'm being too anal lol, but "honour"?  Not sure if that's only the British spelling or acceptable for a formal spelling as well?

    Otherwise, they look great! :)

    I agree with summerkutie...looks great!

I would only add 'reception to follow' if the reception is at the same location as the ceremony...otherwise I would put the reception info on a separate card.

    EDIT:

karebear...I think 'honour' is appropriate if the ceremony is taking place at a church or other house of worship.

    Thanks girls!

Yeah, 'honour' is the British spelling - one of my wedding magazines said it doesn't matter which spelling is used and for some reason I like how that looks.  Do you think it looks odd?

I'm doing a separate enclosure for the reception info - time, location, etc.  It's not made up yet, but if I have that, do you think I still need "Reception to follow?"

Two should be spelled out - not 2 o'clock but two o'clock

And it's up to you on the year.  We went with the mathematical two thousand ten, but I hear grammatically it's two thousand and ten.

    looks good to me!

i think it's pretty standard to have "reception to follow" even if you're doing another enclosed card, but i dont think its necessary.  people will figure it out...

    Ditto on the reception into.

We also broke that rule and put the info at the bottom of our invitation.

That was one etiquette rule I just don't "get" and it wasn't cumbersome to add it.

Looks excellent! I second everyone on the "reception to follow." And I say keep the British spelling - it looks more "grand" and "classic" that way.
