Necklace??

I'm going to wear a dress with a halter style top. Should I wear a necklace with it or would that be too much? There is beading on the front of the dress.

If you do wear one I'd keep it very simple. Otherwise I think it will be fine with out one. If you have a pic of your dress we can give you a better opinion.

It depends on what else you are wearing - big flashy earrings? Is there beading on the neckline? Generally I'm not a big fan of necklaces with halter tops, but it totally depends.

Since there is beading on the front I would say you probably don't need one - you can accessorize with a glitzy hair clip and earrings. Take your favourite/potential accessories to the store and try them on with the dress and see what you think -- that is the best way to figure it out.

I wouldn't do a necklace. I love the look this bride has. I don't think it's a halter neck, but it's similar. I love the blingy earrings from etsy and how she mixed it with a matching crystal and pearl hair piece...
