Re: Monday Check-In

  • Oh my goodness... 12 days away and getting all of the little stuff taken care of! Worked on doggie attirefor our pooches, met with the dog handler, reached out to vendors to confirm/make final payments, got together with my MOH to get a few final items for the Bachelorette party this upcoming weekend... So much!  Its all coming together though so we are excited and relieved!

Hope everyone else had a great weekend!
  • Ladyscronin,
How are you holding up? DO you have a trick to keep calm?

    Excited for you!
  • Went shopping for ties and shirts this weekend, no luck, but we'll try again in a few days.

48 days to go, trying hard no to panic! :)
  • Went for a hike on Saturday to start preparing for the honeymoon.  Sounders game Saturday night and a picnic at Discovery Park yesterday.

Busy 2 weeks ahead with final vendor meetings, I think we have something booked almost every day for the next 14 days.  I am looking forward to my business trip to NYC where I can relax a bit :)

  • Nothing WR for me this weekend. Finally starting to feel better after being sick most of last week. Went to hang out with FI's family across the water on Saturday and watched the UFC fight. I love getting together with his family. I drank too many creamscicle drinks and we ended up staying the night. Getting home yesterday felt like it took forever.

This week I'm meeting with the photographer (we both had to reschedule last time), so I'm super excited about that. And I'm committing myself to getting back on my protein diet as of tomorrow.

  • Hey Pixel, lol no tricks! Just trying to give up some of my crazy control freak tendancies and trust that people will do what they say they will do!

Altough what has helped the most is the 4 or 5 seperate lists I keep updating - makes me feel organized to have it listed all out in front of me.  I have a "week of to do's" broken out by day for the week before, a "truck packing list" for everything that needs to make it to the venue, a "day of loose itinerary" so we know what to aim for timewise etc. That is truely what helps me the most! Smile
  • We met with a potential caterer on Friday, and then enjoyed the beautiful weather the rest of the weekend!
