Boxes for OOT guests. Where to find boxes???

I want boxes with lids (kind of like shoe boxes). I'm looking at some pretty gold ones on papermart.com, but they are like $2+ a piece! YIKES!!! Have you ladies stumbled on any websites with cheaper options? I need about 50.

Depending on how may you need, you could always ask a nearby shoe store (more along the lines of a Payless or something) if they can save extras for you for a while and then wrap them? It's a bit more labor intensive, but could possibly be your cheapest option.

I haven't seen any, but I haven't looked. I know you can get patterns to make foldable boxes from card-stock, but it depends on how big you want it to be and how sturdy. If you want shoe-box sized, I would suggest getting shoe boxes and wrapping them yourself.

ETA: PP beat me to the shoe-box idea.

I was going to say Michaels or one of the other craft stores. I don't know if you are going to find them for less than $2 though.

Depending on the size you need specifically, Hobby Lobby has some for cheaper, but again, if you wanted them gold you'd have to paint or wrap them:
