Has anyone had any experience with the Princess Wedding Chapel inside Imperial Palace? Three months ago, I spoke with a wedding coordinator, Maria, to arrange a date and time for my ceremony and I paid for the wedding package In Full via their website the same day. I did receive a reciept for my payment via email but the receipt said nothing about the date and time, just the package I purchased. But, Maria and I had also discussed details through email so I decided that was proof in writing.
So, Thursday I call to confirm everything because I still haven't received a contract. Maria answered, she remembered speaking to me but was unable to find any information on me in her computer system! I sent her copies of the receipt and every email so that she would have proof of everything. She said she needed to speak to her bookkeeper and would call me right back. I have not heard back and no one will answer my emails or phone calls. Everytime I call I get the answering machine and I leave messages each time.
Has anyone else had issues with this chapel? Does anyone know of a good contact (other than Maria) that may be more willing to help me? I would love to cancel everything but if they won't even confirm my reservation it's going to be darn near impossible to get a refund! Any advice would be appreciated.
