Re: QOTD 6/27

  • I plan on getting some microdermabrasion type products, plus I'll for sure use some of that neutrogena body clear body wash a few months out since I sometimes break out on my shoulders. I've started using more anti-aging products anyway since I'm 25, lol.

  • As of now I am making sure to drink tons of water and I am also trying not to wear makeup all the time which isnt that hard with it being so flipping hot out. I am wanting to switch my face wash once I finish out what I have not to sure to what though. @ Steph- does the neturogena body wash work well for you?

Not really.  I'm trying to decide if I'm going to need to tan before the wedding.  I mean I lay out in the summer sometimes, but due to the date, I'd have to get in a tanning bed a month or so before.  My mom thinks I should, but I know they're bad.  So we'll see about that.  Tanning does help my acne.  A lot.

  • Trying a new regimine called Derm Exclusive that supposedly Minnie Driver uses. So far I like it. Skin care systems usually make me break out, and this one has't yet  :)

  • No. I've been lucky enough to have skin that hardly ever breaks out (I think I've gotten one or two zits in the past year on my face and nothing ever happens on my shoulders or back). So I'm just gonna keep washing my face and using moisturizer like I've been doing lol.

  • I've just been using my Clarisonic every night before bed to make sure I remove all of the dirt & makeup to help keep my skin clear. I switched to an anti-aging/wrinkle moisturizer. I also go to a spa for eyebrow waxes every 3 weeks to make sure those will be perfect next May (I went to a nail salon a few months ago & they gave me a "bald" spot in one of my eyebrows, for real).

  • I'm horrible about keeping a steady routine. I've been using some Mary Kay products that I've had. I'm using two sets at the moment one for dry skin and one for combination/oily. I find it hard to get the right compromise for my skin because I have a couple dry patches so I have been alternating them. I am going to go get a facial soon and see if that helps and maybe start with some microderm. products soon.

I really like the body wash. I don't use it all the time, mostly in the summer since that's when I break out like a teenager :-P I haven't tried the spray (saw it at Target yesterday and went hmmm). Almost every Neutrogena product I've tried has worked for me except the stress control stuff, really dried my skin out.

  • nah. But I'm fortunate that I don't break out *too* bad. I'm pretty much a slcaker when it comes to skin care. I'll probably buckle down a month or two before the wedding and really start deep cleaning more often, but that's about it.

  • Nothing special but I do use every other day st Ives scrub. I tried switching up to neutregena and it made my face soo dry I had to stop. I will be making sure my tan lines are nice and even as dress is sweetheart neckline.
  • I always try to.drink.lots of water. I also use the neutrogena body wash, I love it. I also use the neutrogena acne stress control face wash and clean and clear astrigent on my face and neck a couple times a day.

  • I have a terrible acne.  I use prescription medication, which sort of keeps it under control.  Otherwise, I have to use a light, oil free makeup, and wash and change my makeup brushes regularly.

  • I have good skin so no worries BUT I have to get my lip and brows waxed or threaded every month. My lip gets irratated and breaks out so im trying to figure out the best place to go that gives me the least bit.of reaction. I use moisturizer like crazy and use mostly nutrigena amd clinique makeup but am terrible at washing my face at night. Thats a habit im working on now.
