    It might be a birdcage veil or it might be some sort of attachment on a hat? Hard to tell.

    sewing clips to them would turn them into super cute birdcage veils. sewing them onto a pill box hat would also be fabu, wherever did you find them? i NEED the one with the bows Laughing
