    I am laying in my bed trying to ignore the stench of the pain relief medicine I just rubbed on my poor sore tired legs. Ran/walked my 5k today :) Did it in 42 min. Not great, not my worst time but 10 behind my best time. FI kicked my but doing it in 27 min lol. I tell him its cause he is 5yrs my junior. ;). We might watch the fight but right now just watching basketball.

    Congrats on the 5K! I did 2 miles tonight to work off the day's dissapointments. Now I am just relaxing and watching Triple D re-runs. Lame I know ;)

    Thanks ladies. Today I am sure paying for it. I have done this particular one 4yrs in a row and I am a little sad Il lprobably skip it next year. Its always the first weekend of May. Not sure I want to run the weekend before my wedding :).

    Amber yup 27 min and he was bummed he was off his pace by 2 min because he was bottled up in the begining. lol. The winner did it in 16 min.

    Lol I guess I really need to work on my time... I said for my first 5k I would like to finish under 45... we shall see what happens....

    Under 45 is perfectly doable with walking and some running.
