  I don't know if you'll be able to find a good price Rolls Royce or not.  The only place I know that has a vintage and a brand new Rolls is Ambassador Limo.

  I don't know where you're at, but here in Sarasota we have an antique car museum, and i know that you can rent a car from them, not sure where you can find horse and carriage though, good luck!
