I couldn't wait to "knot" about this! I ordered my dress today!
I was between two lovely gowns. The first was at Mariella's and was Enzonai Blue Casablanca. It photographed better but just didn't feel right on me. The second dress is at Bridal Trousseau in Branford and is Rosa Clara's Camilla gown.
How I came to this gown is quite serendipitous. I was originally between the mariella's dress and a harold's gown. Harold's called the day of my appointment and said that the designer of my potential dress lost the print and is no longer making the gown. So....I called Bridal Trousseau since I liked a few gowns there that my mom didn't see. They made an appointment for us that evening....now is when the story gets good...
The only reason I didn't just go get the mariella's gown is because I had reservations about it being a strapless sweatheart. I had my eyes on strappy lace but couldn't find it. As we are pulling up to the store the owner is putting a gorgeous dress in the window. They were debating in the store if they should put it in the store front or on a rack. It had JUST came in; right out of the box; getting ready for the trunk show. I swooped in and immediately asked if I could try it on and how much. I wasn't sure about it immediately but each time I went back in to try another gown I couldn't help but touch that gown. Bridal Trousseau was so awesome and even worked with me on the price. I tried on both gowns again today and without further ado...my dress...

I brought my grandma with me

There's work to be done (especially on top) to make me look less top heavy. It will look much better in my size.
Here's the dress that didn't quite make the cut. Like I said, photographed better but just didn't feel right. My dress has sooo many nice details this one just looked to bland in
