Anyone know of a creative, small caterer in Baltimore area for under $15k?

Hi.

I really hope that I can get some help here. While my bride-to-be is working very hard and I have the summer off, I'm in charge of finding a caterer. And it ain't goin' so well...We're getting married this coming October!

Any suggestions for a small or medium-sized caterer in the Baltimore metro area--or in Southern MD where we're getting married--who has some panache, wants the business and will cater the affair for under $15k?

The caterers I've been talking to have been coming in at $16k+ and don't seem that hungry for the job when I ask if we can get the price down.

Please, I need some guidance...Thanks so very much!

    How many people? Sit down or buffet? Are you looking for just the food or is the $15k including a venue?

    Not sure if its convenient located for you but my fiance and i are using Santonis Market for our wedding. They are a family owned market in Glyndon/Reisterstown but they also do fine and casual catering. def check them out.

    We used Dean and Brown Catering.  They were amazing and I think they start at about $35pp plus service fees and tax and they provide the linens, china, silverware and glassware in that price.

    Sidenote: I LOVE Santonis!  Their food is delish!

    Check out Zeffert and Gold Caterers.  They're great to work with and will be able to work with you on the price.

    I highly recommend Altantic Caterers. We worked with Raoul and the food and service and price was great! I'd hire them again in a second.

    What time of day is the wedding? where? guest count? seated? buffet? October is right around the corner.
