Does anyone know of any dress shops that carry a larger selection of plus sized samples? Thanks in advance!

    I heard House of Brides in Schaumburg has a nice selection.

    House of Brides had a separate "Diva" room.  Don't you hate when stores feel the need to call plus sizes something sassy?  But they were pretty crappy customer service, they didn't care that they were putting me in fishtails and fitted stuff in the stomach area when I am clearly round there.  The consultant was completely silent and didn't small talk or do anything helpful.

    I get five pre-recorded calls and texts from them every week even though I have asked them to take me off their lists.  So be sure you don't give them that info if you aren't positive you want your dress from them!

    I found mine at Volle's in Lake Zurich.  They were wonderful people and had a lot of options for me.  I was a street size 18 when shopping for my dress and there were plenty of options!

    Wondering if anyone out there has had any luck recently.  I'm REALLY struggling to find a good selection of lace dresses to try on besides David's and HOB.  I am a street size 22 and am having zero luck finding store that carry lace dress (e.g. thing Allure) big enough for me to squeeze into!!!

    Please Keep your ideas coming on where to shop.   PLEASE post your experiences.  

    I am looking for a dress street size 20.  But large bust.  I haven't started to look yet as I want to have a good experience.  Like brides on Say yes to the dress.  But I do not want to have to fly to New York and I would like my total budget even alterations to be under $2K.

    I am not emailing salons to see what they have in store, so not to have to drive out there to be disappointed.
