2 different types of favors

I really want to go with the "love bird" theme.
I was thinking of getting the wine stoppers and the salt and pepper shakers, and putting one of them in every other seat.  Then, if it is a couple, they don't have to take home 2 sets of salt and pepper shakers, or 2 wine stoppers.  2 wine stoppers wouldn't be bad, but what if they don't drink wine.  Then maybe people can even trade if they want.  Is that a cool idea?  Let me know what you think.

    I wouldn't count on that happening. If you are doing 2 different favors, I would have an even amount on each table, sort of in the center and then people can pick them up as the go to leave.

    Frankly, I'd just choose one or the other.  I def. wouldn't take home salt and pepper shakers.

    Actually, I am not sure I would take salt and pepper shakers either. Not to mention that might end up costing you a small fortune. Edible favors are much better, but the wine stoppers are fine too, even if people aren't wine drinkers, they probably still have a bottle in their house from time to time or special occassions.

    As long as the wine stoppers are not personalized, the couple can take one with them, and if they aren't wine drinkers they can regift later on if they choose to.  I am not sure about salt and pepper shakers, that is something that would be completely different for each person depending on their home style.  I personally am terrified of birds, so I would NOT be taking those.
