Harrington on the Bay

I am looking to get married somewhere on the water and I love the look of Harrington on the Bay.  My only concern is that I may have to use the room that is a tent and does not have AC.  The lady said it had fans and cooling units, and that they can put AC into the package, but I wanted to see if anyone has been there, and if it super hot on a summer night.  Thanks!

I looked them up on wedding wire, and quite a few brides got married there in July and have no complaints - overall, the reviews are really really good.  Of course, they may have paid for the A/C, I suppose!

We are getting married at Herrington in July of next year, but we are using the Yacht club for our wedding. My MOH went to a wedding in June at the tent and she said it did get a little warm in there. We love working with Herrington though, they are so helpful and really help you plan every single detail! Let me know if you have any other questions, I can try to help even though I just basically started the process. Good luck :)

Herrington was one of the first places that my FI and I looked when we were in search for a venue. I hated that everything was extra. AC -extra; floor length linens -extra; tent extension - extra;  It drove me insane! We're getting married at Celebrations at the Bay in Pasadena. It's pricey, but EVERYTHING is included - even the cake! We get a premium bar at no extra cost and ANYTHING we want to eat at no extra cost. I can have caviar...and it won't cost extra! They have over 75 different linen options and china/flatware to choose from...and again - NOT EXTRA! I did the calculations myself and we would have been paying basically the same after all the upgrades at Herrington.

Herrington is a gorgeous venue, and maybe it just wasn't right for me because I have such a large guest list. Either way - Happy planning!
