Ok, so we live in Ohio and we're planning a FL wedding. Any idea if we should get a marriage license from ohio? would we be allowed to sign it in FL or do we need to get one for FL and what all would we need?

If you are planning on getting married in Naples here is their website that explains everything.

I would also just check the clerk of courts in the county you decide. They will have the information you are looking for!

You have to get a marriage license in FL, but if you are coming from out of state you do not have the wait period. It can be from any county in FL. So just make sure the marriage license office is open when you and FI come down before the wedding.
