VIdeographer help

Hey girls,

I know there have been posts in the past about this, but I can't seem to find them.  I was wondering if anyone can recommend a videographer to me?  I am only looking for something real basic, and hopefully around 1K.  At first we weren't even gonna get a videographer, but then we figured we might as well if it wasn't too expensive (which is why I just began my search at 6 months to go).

I have heard from here that Tom Grant is good, however I tried to do a search for him and I can't find him anywhere. (I'm leery of using a vendor that doesn't take the time to make themselves a website...seems unprofessional to me, but hey I could be wrong!).

TIA

We loved Gabriel and Caritza at GT Modern Creations!! We knew our budget had to stay at around $1k range and we didn't have room to get nickel and dimed. They quoted us a few hundred more and that's exactly what it cost. They guaranteed to be at the bridal suite at 10am and leave the wedding after 12am the next day. It's exactly what they did. I believe their 2012 prices are slightly higher now ( which is completely deserved). I feel they were a steal to get two videographers for that price.

GT Modern was probably one of our favorite vendors. They are so sweet and they were so professional. They were there early and they stayed later than our photographer. Below is my highlight video.Tell them Chrisie and Ross sent you!!!

(hit pause as soon as it starts and wait for the video to completely load before you play it. It will play more smoothly that way.)

Its actually Tom Brant, who was my first choice but he was booked on my date.  Then I looked at Martin's video in south jersey because they are around $1050.  GT quoted me $1500 for April.

Thanks, I will look into GT!

And yes, I did mean Brant, that's probably why I couldn't find his website lol.

    Thanks again!

Pharo, your video is incredible (and your wedding was lovely)! Your reaction when your wife walked down the aisle was exactly the same as my husband's. :)

Thanks Mrs. Butter Knives! The look on my face before she came out was actually me trying to compose myself. There were so many issues before the wedding ( I'll get into it when I post my final reviews) that I was running off of about 10hrs of sleep for the 3 days before the wedding. Plus to top it off, my florist was 50 minutes late to decorate the church and we were behind schedule and I had to do all the follow-up. I was so flustered at that moment that I was really wishing that I could just push the wedding till the next day. However, I took that deep breath so I wouldn't have a breakdown when I saw her.
