acid free diet

so i have a health issue that is slightly hard to explain and a little rare. anyways, i have to eat an acid free diet...and could use some suggestions for meals. also i am lactose intolorant so that makes it a little more difficult

I know you will get some suggestions from others, but I think you would be better off seeing a nutritionist, they would be able to give you a structured diet that is balanced and healthy.

as far as milk goes -- drink soy milk...it's the best
