Barn Wedding

I'm trying to find a Rustic Barn to use as a venue (reception) and use the grounds for the ceremony. I live in Culpeper Va so im trying to keep it in about a 30 mins distance.
Any ideas?

http://www.hermitagehillfarm.com- it is further than 30 minutes i'm afraid but it is a great setting...

that is beautiful! thank you. Very close to what im looking for. The only problem i'm running into is my guests are not wanting to travel.
