Any comments regarding The Sterling in Bethpaqe? I see it's all inclusive, but what quality are the vendors such as DJ and Florist?

    They should tell you which vendors they're supplying.  You can look the vendors up on weddingwire.com for reviews.

    my friend attended a wedding there and got sick from the food..make sure you do a tasting first!

    i have been to a wedding there, as christina mentioned, the food isnt the best, neither is their entertainement...however its a beautiful venue and very clean as well.
    maybe you should consider hiring a wedding planner to take the stress out of your planning! we recently hired elite(b)events and she specializes in elegant unique weddings on a budget. so far she is great to work with, has great reviews,very professional, and the best part is she specializes in budget weddings! check her out she may be able to help you.
