    You could call them and see what size she ordered. 

    As far as her feelings being hurt over the larger size, Idk that's a tough one.

    "Hey!  I'm getting robes for everyone to wear while we're getting ready.  What size would you like?"  It wouldn't be a surprise, but ruining the surprise is better than offending her by buying the wrong size.  And really, you don't even know where to start at this point.

    <div>I would do this too.  I'd feel better knowing that I was getting a robe in my size, versus being surprised with one that is too small (and she'd be the only one unable to wear it) or too big (which could be embarassing).</div>
