  Married life is blissfully wonderful. Although, we're only 3 weeks in so don't hold that against me. 

  We're leaving tomorrow for NJ to spend a week with my family at the beach house. Should be fun and interesting.

  I'm visiting my FI in Bahrain (off the coast of Saudi Arabia) for a month.  He is in the Navy and stationed here until Jan. 2012.  I teach and have the summer off so that's how I was able to stay for so long.  The flight over here was 12 hours and the seats were not so comfortable, but I'm just glad I'm here with FI after being apart since January.  I don't think we'll be doing a lot of wedding planning while I'm here, so that will have to wait until I get back from this trip.

  I bought two new pairs of shoes yesterday, and then told H that I was probably done shoe shopping for the season.
  
  He was pretty excited.
  
  Then my dad reminded him that Summer starts on Tuesady.

  Man I'm tired of this heat.  I don't know how I did it in Japan without a/c!!  For the 4th we might go visit my family in SC and make a pit stop at Ikea on the way back home

  Married life is great - less than 2 months in
  
  I start my first big-girl job tomorrow, so I'm excited about that and especially about having a paycheck.  Living up here (DC) is expensive so I'm glad to finally be able to contribute.
  
  We're going to NY to see my family for the 4th and I'll get to introduce DH to cousins that he hasn't met yet.  I'm excited to see them because it's been a few years.
