Does anyone have any ideas on how to provide transportation for guests (175-200) from their hotel to the church to the reception site? We have limited parking space at the reception (a barn) and also want to make sure they are taken home safely after drinking. About 90% of our guests are from out of town and we want to make sure they don't have to worry about parking, directions and car rentals. Any tips on how to prevent people from missing the bus? Do you make multiple smaller shuttles or try to have less, larger ones?
