Sorry, I haven't been super-active on here lately ---- things have been coming up so fast that I can barely remember where I'm going and when I have to be there. So I made a trip with FI out of state to where our wedding is going to be and we accomplished some checks!
* My Wedding Shoes! (Came in the mail and were waiting for me when I got home!) I panicked because one of the rhinestones right in the middle of the shoe had come off in shipping and I couldn't find it! I was going to return them, but I got a brilliant idea to take a matching rhinestone out of a pair of hoop earrings I never wear - A little glue and prong manipulation and they are perfect! Now I just need to get some goo gone for those pesky clear stickers they put on the back of the vamps so I can glue rhinestones for the "I" and "Do" on the back.
This is a good check - since my dress still isn't it - it made me feel a little more "bridal" to have them. Here's hoping they match my dress ok!
* Invitations are all but ready to go! (in fact I'm going to post pics and ask you ladies a question about them in a minute).
* Tuxes picked out! FI was easy - BUT they had NOTHING that matched the Levkoff Eggplant swatch I had from the bm's dresses so I am going with silverish pewter for the guys and white obvi for FI.
