Hello!
Im an October 20th bride...I have been reading here, but haven't posted yet.
In looking over my contract with our caterer, I noticed there is no gratuity, so we will need to provide a tip, correct?
My question is, when do I give the tip? Do I just add it in with my final payment or am I supposed to bring cash with me the day of? I don't know how many servers there will be, so do I just bring cash and give it to the employee that has helped us plan the menu, etc and serves in the wedding coordinator role and trust that it will get distributed evenly?
