Trevi? So how private is semi-private

I've been in contact with Michelle at Trevi and she told me that the upstairs Mezzanine Level is available for us to host our after ceremony dinner for about 15 people.  I've been debating between this and Maggianos.  I am just wondering how private is semi-private.  We don't necessarily have to have a private room but I'd rather us not be eating in the middle of the restaurant with other customers.  Also with the info Michelle sent me, it says no deposit is necessary just a credit card number in advance which I thought was pretty different seeing as how it seems like most places require some sort of deposit to secure the space.

Also the ceremony is at MB so should we take in to consideration the distance from MB when choosing Maggianos or Trevi (I'm not really sure what the distance is from either one from MB).  TIA all!

  • Hi We were in Vegas at Christmas and went to.meet with Michelle at Trevi. We loved it and booked it there and then. No deposit is correct and we loved the flexibility. There is 26 of us and we have the choice of the full menu. She also agreed for me to bring in our own cake as dessert. I have a few photos of the mezz level and you defo won't be mixed in amongst others. I can send you the pictures but won't be home until tomorrow evening if it helps? X

  • mandaly bay is at one end of the strip and trevi in Caesars is in the middle.That walk would take about 30 minutes so defo need a cab. Vegas hotels are huge, everything looks close but is not.     We also booked trevi.you get the whole upstairs so no one will invade ur party but with only 9, make sure there isnt a set minimum. i seem to remember 1500$ but we saw so many that may be for a different restaurant.

Michelle told me the minimum was $900 which I thought was pretty reasonable based on what I've seen so far. What do you think?

  • 900 seems really good.  we have 40 people doing a lunch and hors'd houvers and 3 hour beer and wine package
    lunch is 35pp and beer/wine is 44pp for 3 hours. so for us it works out at 79pp before hors d' hourves and tax and tip. if you did the same it would be 1185 before tax and tip.
    I think the space is great, were not very formal people so really didnt want a totally private space. you can still people watch through the huge windows upstairs. good luck with everything

  • Yes I was very shocked at the $900 min since it seems so reasonable. But with such a small party, I hope we don't have a problem meeting it. So far I like what I see and hear about Trevi and I'll be glad to get something booked. This is pretty much the last big thing I have left to do so it will be a relief to get it done. Katslack, is your ceremony also at CP?

  • yeah were doing juno gardens at 1pm then off to trevi. Its only about a 7 minute walk through the casino of course. so not to far, were excited
  • That's so exciting. I love CP. Its by far my favorite hotel. Its just once I saw the Valley of the Falls at MB, I couldn't resist. CP was for sure my next choice.

  • We had our reception there...its pretty private. We had the whole upstairs.  There was only about 25 of us and the room had seating for 100 easily!
