  We are using Amber with Amber Photography World and she is awesome but I have also heard great things about Joseph Casal as well.

  I'm a Gregory Paul bride, so I'd say got check them out, but you are focusing on your budget so I'd recommend Joseph Casal and Stephanie Sokol. The do great work at great prices!

  I second Ashley Colhouer!  I booked her for my wedding in July 2010, and I already adore her.  She's super creative, has great ideas, and is super sweet.  I haven't met her in person yet, but my mom did and was raving...
