I have my bridal portraits (excited squeal) tomorrow and I wanted to get my nails (new nail set) done but didn't want to have to pay the $$ for a new set then have to pay to keep them up till the wedding. I went to Sally's yesterday and got a real nice press on set for $8. I love how they look and think they will work great tomorrow. Just a friendly tip for those whose wallets are pinched like mine.

Awesome!! I'm going to do shellac for the important stuff (bridals and wedding) because it's your real nail, but the polish doesn't chip for 2 weeks!!

Great find! And they look awesome! KelseyI am doing the gel nails too! I got them for our engagement pictures and they lasted over a week. If my job wasn't so hands on they probably would have lasted longer without chipping. Love that stuff.

I have done that before too, many times. I don't think they quite look real enough for the wedding so for the first time ever i will get full gel nails (not acrylic)

Love Shellac. If I can keep my nails a nice length like now I'll do shellac for bridals in May but definitely doing acrylics for the wedding

Love it! They also have one for your toe's! We use to pick them up at Walmart for $5..not sure what the price is now but it can't be too much more then that.

Those look great! Ok so now I have a question.....I have no nails, I bite them. I don't want acrylics but want something that won't damage my nails. I'm going to get a mani/pedi next Weds because I get out of work early and my shower is next Sunday, but I want to start prepping them for the wedding and I know for sure I won't be able to grow them that long...it never works!

But I will say sometimes you need a little bit of a nail for it to stay on the way it's supposed too. There needs to be a little bit of an edge to seal the polish under. I actually do the Shellac at my salon and if the nails are to short I just tell my clients that I can't promise it will stay on and not chip for 2 weeks like it's supposed too.</div><div>
