Invitation Stores?

Hi Everyone,

I was wondering if any of you ladies could suggest a place where I might be able to look at invitations.  I looked at the stickies and it seemed like most people either ordered online or DIY.  I may still order online, but I'd like to go somewhere to get an idea of what I really want.  I looked at the vendors the knot recommends, but it seems like most of them are on the east side and I was hoping for something more around Dearborn/Canton/Plymouth/Ann Arbor.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    The only invitation store I know of is Write Impressions in Royal Oak.  Hopefully someone else can help!

    Write impressions in RO carries tons of invitations. Is there a specialty paper store in AA? All of the florists I met with carried a decent variety of invitations (Carlson Craft, Envelopments, etc) and will generally give you a discount if you do flowers/invitations with them.

    Papyrus in the Briarwood Mall in A2 has tons of invitation books you can flip through in the back part of the store.  Like you, I went there to look to see something in person (but I ended up ordering online).  It was just nice to see some in person.

    I went to Elegant Invitations in Downtown Plymouth. Def. recommend them! Great prices and lots of choices. They usually have some sort of special like 20% off.

    Ellen was also great to work with and VERY patient. I work crazy hours and she even set up an after hours appointment to meet with my mom and me.

    I just went to Sophia's in Dearborn and I am getting mine there.  My mom set up an appointment for me while I was in town.  I met with Rosalyn, she's the owner.  Lots of books to look through and she is very helpful.

    We used 123print.com.  They have the best prices, great selection and fast shipping!! Would use them again for weddings, birthday, any type of invitation needed.

     The place that we got our chiavari chairs from does invitations too.  We loved her got everything in one stop .  She owns a store that has just about every little detail you need.   i believe we got 25 % off our invitations too.  I don't know if this is a all the time thing ? I think it is, but Im not sure. I would call and ask..  cause that saved us over 300 dollars on our pocket invitations.    The company is A moment Forever  very nice! lots of books to go through and she was right there helping me through it all.  would recommend to anyone.
