4 days until our wedding and I have so.much to do! How does everyone get it all done?

I can't complain too much, though, because today is my birthday and my manager is bringing Society Bakery cupcakes! Mmm.

Happy Birthday Amy!!!
And my B&M is that we missed Taste Addison this weekend. We LIVE in Addison Circle, so it's the perfect opportunity to drink it up and stumble home. Plus, Mat Kearney is one of the only artists both FI and I like.
BUT the reason we missed it was for our first wedding shower in Arkansas this weekend. This picture with my parents was LATE into the evening so please forgive my nightlife face.

We got a LOT of Razorback houseware stuff, which his father fully delighted in. I have to let my family know that we will need a lot of Aggie stuff in our home now.

It was a REALLY really fun weekend. Saturday morning FI ,my dad, and his dad went to play golf and my mom and I ran a 5k. YAY showers are FUN!

We're closing today, but the builder already gave us the keys and the garage door openers. I wish I had more days to take off -- I want to be there!

My only B&M is that I was in Florida this weekend and now it's back to exhausting reality. Ugh.

I could bm for a long time today : I start bar prep class today and it is in possibly the most ridiculous place ever. And FI left to go out of town for five days this morning. : Can't remember the last time either of us was gone that long.

Good luck with the bar prep class! I remember my LSAT prep classes (seems so long ago) and how effing tedious those things were. I felt like they went on forever.

Yay for closing Amanda! I know you are going to have so much to do!

My B&M- I am beyond exhausted. I have no clue how to get through this week. Like Amy, I don't know how I even can get everything done! Pretty sure I need a clone... or superhero. I am going to go with superhero.

Glad your shower was so much fun Carrie! Looks like you guys definitely had a packed weekend!

Happy birthday Amy! Mine is this week too, so yay for May birthdays! Carrie, glad you had a great shower, and I LOVE your dress! Amanda, woohoo for closing, I'm so excited for you! Saw the pics last night and love the house. I have two B&M's: 1). We had to spend all weekend finishing our house projects since our house is being appraised today. The bright spot is, now eveything we've started is done and more organized that it's been in a while! 2) The little guy starts all-star baseball today and practice is three times a week. He's six. And, I'm a total planner, and it's driving me crazy we don't know the tournament schedule for the weekend, and whether or not we play Friday night. Ugh!

Happy Birthday Amy! Yay for closing on the house Amanda! My BM is I really do NOT like our new DM. She started as a store manager in our district and has been promoted twice and each time the power trips get worse. She's the female version of Hitler. Is very condescending in her tone. I'm going to need meds when she's in my store so I am so mellow I can keep my mouth shut. It's going to be a long haul until I find a new job.

Amanda - Good luck with packing! Packing/unpacking is the worst about moving. I'm not looking forward to that in Septmeber at all :-(

No real B&M's for me other than the fact its Monday and I got to work later than i wanted. Now instead of leaving at 4pm i have to leave at 6:30pm.

You should know by Wednesday evening, if it's anything like I used to be a part of (I worked for a baseball organization part time for many years--I like having my weekends back but I sure do miss the--cash--money). Unless there's rain involved or they let teams sign up late, they should have it by Wednesday.
