Hmmm, I don't know about the dress, but the necklaces look like a bunch of different ones layered together, so you might be able to create a similar look by shopping around for individual pieces

You might have to combine several necklaces to get that look.

This three strand plus this five strand together from Etsy would be pretty close I think. (^ Clicky links) You might also want to try to convo a seller on Etsy to see if they would do a custom design for you. Hope this helps! Good luck!
