    I purchased a ball gown from them in 2006.  A bit overpriced and they gave me a hard time when the beading on my dress was pulled before I even picked it up.

    One of the WORST experiences I have EVER had! The staff there has no class!I was a bridesmaid in my friends wedding last year, and I cant even list how many problems each of us had! One bridesmaid was told she was to fat (yes the lady actually said that to her) and that is why she had to order a plus size, even though she is a size 12. When my dress came in they didn’t call me until 2 weeks later, saying if I didn’t pick it up that day they would be donating the dress to the Salvation Army! Mind you I spent almost $500.00 on the dress. Another bridesmaid who was pregnant at the time was told she would need to lose the “belly fat” to have the dress look good on her! Needless to say I will NEVER go back there, and haven’t even thought about putting my bridesmaids through that torture!

    I bought a dress from them a few years ago and I agree that they are overpriced. Looking back I could have gotten the same style and quality dress at a department store for much less. Sales people aren't friendly or attentive either - however I wasn't in there for a wedding dress some that could have been part of the reason as well.

    I also went with my sisters to look at bridemaids dresses and a lady told my sister she was too fat to try on dresses, she isnt even fat just has large boobs :) I called the manager who said shed make an appointment with us to come in. Mind you before we even went i called to make an appointment and they told me they dont do that. Will never buy a thing from them!

    I'm getting my bridesmaid dresses and so far they have been super accomodating to me! I changed the color and style after they were ordered and they were sweet about it.  The dresses haven't come in yet but so far it's been a great experience.
