FI and I have had troubles searching for a nice, yet affordable cake topper for our cake. We wanted a monogram, but all of the T monograms were either too fancy( i.e. they looked like J's or I's) or too plain. There was one particular cake topper that I found, but it was too expensive for the amount of money we were looking to shell out for a topper.
Thanks to all of the wonderful Knotties on here, I decided to contact Crafty Eddy to see if he could do a cake topper in the shape of the design that I absolutely loved. Not only was it possible, but he said he could do the inner details as well. Take a look at the photos below to compare the more expensive blinged out version, to the wooden one he created.
I was pleasantly surprised and super excited! I can't wait to bling out my own topper now! I'll be useing metallic blue hotfix rhinestones on ours.
