Hi all- So my date is august 2011 and I keep reading you should book asap.  I'm looking for an artist to come to me, and Im sure a handful of my bm will want their makeup done as well but I wont know exact details for a while.  Is it ok to book if I dont know specifics?  oh and any recomendations would be wonderful! Thank you!!

    I am going with Mario Triccoci and they allowed me to book everyone, but with the option to make changes/cancellations up to 24 hrs before. That way, I was able to book everyone for hair and makeup, and then make adjustments throughout my engagement.

    I also just went and did my trials and they did an AMAZING job. I don't know where you are located, but I went to the Schaumburg location and am having Cindi do my hair- she spend 2 hours playing and showing me different looks and was very good at listening to everything I wanted.

    I would book it asap!! Usually most makeup artists start booking up at least 6 months in advance. I'll tell you that I'm using Tracy Ballog. I found her in a wedding magazine and liked her reviews on projectwedding.com She gave me a really good deal especially since I had more than 4 girls. SHe can come to you on location. She used to work on Oprah as a mua.
    You can also go to projectwedding.com and check out tons of other makeup artists and brides' reviews on them and their personal website.

    I loved Andie Cumber for my make-up.  She also did my Mom and bridesmaids.  Had everyone done on time and looking great!  Below is a link to my vendor reviews for more info.  GL!

    Me:28 DH:28 TTC since 1/11 Dx: unexplained IF/early DOR
    Feb'12- Clomid/TI with CD3 &21 labs(normal)& SA-count 6mil/ml,morph/motil OK-BFN
    April'12 Ultrasounds,HSG -clear, slight acurate uterus
    5/14 IUI #1-50 mg clomid-post wash total motile count 19.3 prometrium 2dpiui= BFN
    6/11-IUI #2-100 mg clomid & prometrium post wash count total motile 17.5 = BFN
    7/6 IUI#3 with 100 mg clomid, estridiol, prometrium. post wash total motile count 23.3 = BFN
    8/30IVF#1 BCPs, Follistim, Menopur,Ganerelix,Novarel.
    ER 9/11-8R, 7M, 5F.
    ET 9/14 2 embies transferred. 1 10cell Grade 4, 1 8cell Grade 4. No frosties. BFN
    IVF#2 BCPs, Follistim, Menopur, Ganerelix, Novarel, Baby Aspirin
    ER 12/5-16R, 12M, 8F!
    ET 12/10 5dt! 1 fully expanded blast & 1 early blast. No frosties. BFN
    2/13- Saline sono revealed a polyp. All additional labwork coming back normal. Genetic screen revealed DH has MTHFR deficiency & I am a carrier for it.
    3/13 hysteroscopy & polypectomy
    next up-Reproductive immunologist Appt 3/27, cycling in may?

    Look at my bio, Deanna Naura-Ayoub, I recommend her all the time, unfortunatley right now she's prego and due this august so has been taking limited weddings, but by next August she'll be avl again..
    She actually was the head make up artist at the Wyn in Vegas, so has done lots of stars makeup, she's super friendly and does an amazing job!

    I used Laura, who works with Carla G.  She came to us for the trial and the day-of.  No travel fees.  I did airbrush makeup and it was $150, trial included.  My bridesmaids paid $35 for the trial and $85 (I think, give or take $5, maybe) for the day-of.  It was great.
