Help finding a Reception Site!

After much searching we've finally settled on an outdoor ceremony site, Hudson Springs Park.  We're now on the hunt for a reception site and having a hard time.  We would prefer it to be at a hotel since we will be having a lot of OOT guests.  We looked at the Clarion Inn in Hudson and they have a 150 person minimum even on Fridays and we are only inviting 135.  We like the Hilton Garden Inn in Twinsburg but we were hoping for June 15th and it's booked, plus it would be a stretch for our budget.  So we're looking at what else is around, though changing our date and having it there is still a possibility.  On our list are:
the Crowne Plaze and the Doubletree in Independence (though they're 35 minutes away and we'd rather have it closer)
the Marriott in Warrensville Hts (still 30 minutes away)
the Sheraton in Cuyahoga Falls (about 20 minutes)
the Days Inn in Richfield (about 25-30 minutes)
the Bertram in Aurora (less than 20 minutes)
If we were to have it at a place that's near a hotel that opens up a few more options, places we're considering if we were to go that route are the CC of Hudson, Gambitta's, SYB Hall, and Catered Elegance in Bedford.  I also looked into Grantwood in Solon and the Mediterranean Party Center, didn't really care for how they looked.  Any info or suggestions on any of these places or on narrowing it down would be really helpful.  TIA!

If Independence is still a consideration please look at the Embassy Suites. We hosted our daughter's wedding there last summer and our guests are still talking about how wonderful it was. The food was amazing! The rotunda provides a beautiful area for pictures. They catered to our many guests who stayed at the hotel and provide a cooked to serve breakfast for those who stay overnight. There is also a nightly cocktail party. Talk to Katie Butler- she does a spectacular job!!!

Thanks, I'm sure it's really nice there but it's quite a bit over our budget since we'll be paying for most of the wedding ourselves.  I got pricing from almost all the hotels we're considering (I'm going to the Sheraton to see it and get their prices tomorrow) and the Days Inn seems great and is significantly cheaper.  I'm gonna set something up to go meet with them but does anyone have any reviews of them?  I've only found a couple reviews online about the banquet hall, all positive though.  Reviews on the hotel are mixed and make me nervous, but I will at least go see it.  The wedding sales lady was very nice and helpful when I spoke with her over the phone.

Check Lake Forest CC in Hudson - their prices are reasonable and the venue is beautiful!

I looked at Lake Forest CC, I have another post on here about it.  It is beautiful but their alcohol is by consumption and that can be quite expensive.  I've also read a few negative reviews about them.  Thanks though!  I think we're going with the Country Club of Hudson, they're reasonable, close to both the ceremony site and hotels, and they're available on the date we wanted :).

All of our OOT guests are staying at the Hilton Garden Inn in Twinsburg (and we have a lot of them), but our reception venue is La Casa Bella Party Center in Oakwood Village.  It's less than 5 minutes from the hotel and is literally 2 turns away.  The hall has bent over backwards for us and have just been incredible.  My fiance and I are paying for the wedding ourselves and were on a pretty strict budget.  The food is awesome and it's very affordable.  PM me if you want specifics...I'd be glad to give you all the information I have.

We met with Katie. She speaks too fast and she was 18 minutes late to our appointment. She flat out told me she would not host our wedding there for just one section of the room on a Saturday. Unless you have 200 or more people Embassy Suites does not want you on a Saturday. They have eyes on $$$.
