  It depends on what you consider an arm and a leg.  Most photographers that girls recommend on here travel and/or offer images on CD.  If you give a price range of what you're hoping to pay, I'm sure there will be plenty of suggestions.

  I'm sure you will be able to find an inexpensive photographer, but I doubt you will find one who will give you unedited, RAW files on a disc. If you do, I would be very wary of his/her professionalism and ability. Do you have a somewhat current version of Photoshop? If not, you won't be able to open RAW files anyway.
