I just moved to the area a few months ago and I still need to get my engagement ring appraised and insured.  Does anyone have any recommendations on where to get an appraisal done?  The center stone was from my Mom's engagement ring (who passed several years ago) and I want to take it to a reputable jeweler who will take care of it.  Any help is much appreciated! Thanks so much!

    My advice is to call some jewelry stores and see who they recommend. That's how I got my ring appraised. The guy I went to is in Denver so can't help you location wise. Good luck!
