Budget friendly venue

Hi everyone!

I am looking for venue options and catering options near the beach. The budget for the whole wedding is 10k so I am looking for something budget friendly. I grew up in the area but now I live in Orlando so I am not exactly sure where to start when it comes to venue selection!

Any suggestions would be greatly appeciated!! Thank you!!

    I would check out Tradewinds Resort, Sand Pearl, Sirata Beach Resort.

    Some of these palces may come with food, if not check out Olympia, Milan and Catering by the Family.

    How many people are you inviting?  That will be a big cost factor.

    Also, as a sde note, "off" nights such as Friday or Sunday are great ways to save money since most vendors have discounts for those days.  Just in case that was an option. GL

    Check out the Grand Plaza in SPB.  We decided against a beach wedding, but they were VERY budget friendly and we got a quote for around 135 guests for under $10K.  I agree with pp about the "off days".  That definitely helps bring costs down all around if you don't get married on a Saturday.

    Not sure how far down you are going but we are getting married at the BeachHouse restauarnt on AMI.  They are very resonable and will try to work within your budget.

    We are getting married at the Sandbar on the beach on AMI. It is working for my budget nicely, but I got last year prices.

    A girlfriend of mine just had a really nice wedding reception at the Rusty Pelican and she was also on a similar budget and it was absolutely beautiful:)

    Thanks everyone! We are going to try to get married on a Sunday. I am not sure exactly how many people we will be inviting yet. We were thinking we would get venue ideas first since many places have restictions. Thank you so much for all the suggestions! I will definitely be checking some of these out! Smile
