  • I think that would be fine. I would place a sign next to the CDs, though, letting your guests know they can take one if they want to.

    That's a fine way to distribute them. Alternatively you could hand them out at the receiving line (at the reception hall, not the ceremony) or table visits.

    FWIW you owning the CD or song on iTunes doesn't give you legal rights to burn them and distribute them at will.
  • Previous post was correct.  You do not have the legal right to burn those songs onto a CD.
