We'd be buying and renting out the condo. It's now a short sale.

They really did some nice upgrades. Our friends live in that neighborhood, and their house is beautiful but doesn't have all the updates that this house does. Let's hope it looks just as nice in person and we can make an offer.

Man, for a minute I thought it read that the house was 5,566 square feet. I wouldn't want to have to clean that. :)

    Looks nice!

I admit that I'm mildly jealous of that kitchen.

very pretty - looks like FL yards are small like TX yards - I guess so it's less to landscape.

Barbie, that's the one thing I said to DH. A big (big by FL standards) yard was on our list of wants, but it's nearly impossible to find. 1/3 of an acre is about as big as you're going to get, and if you put a pool in, you have no yard left.

our yard is a 1/4 acre, larger than  average, and the pool is like 1/2 of it.

Ha, Skankenstein knows. They love to hang out in areas like that and sunbathe.

They're always right outside my front door, and there are some that have been there for a long while and have zero fear of people.

Also, if you want some dead animal heads to class up the place, I know someone you can call.

I'll spare you the story of the one on the screened in porch.

I'll let you know about the dead animals. Maybe one of those big standing grizzlys in the entryway to ward off undesirables? See if maybe you can get that cooking for me.
