Jillian Michaels ripped in 30 video! Pre wedding tone up!

Hi girls....if anyone is looking to tone up before the big day I highly recommend ripped in 30. You do it about 4 times a week for 24 minutes...it's quick...effective....and you will sweat! I've been doing it for 2 weeks and already see results.....still eating normal, not dieting at all. Good luck!

  • I haven't done ripped in 30 but I do have 30 Day Shred.  I wasn't a fan of doing it every single day as it got too repetitive, but it was nice for rotating into a normal schedule for me.  It was also pretty easily modified to do while on the road traveling without weights, so that was nice too!  I know a lot of people find her annoying, and I kind of do, too, so I'd just mute the TV and play my choice of music instead.

    Is the music in Ripped in 30 better at least?  30DS sounded like porn or something.  lol.

  • Lol I'm not sure if music is better because I never did the 30ds but I read online it eas better. I agree though I couldnt do more than 3 -4 days a week.... Good to mix it up so you won't get bored. I'll have to try yoga one soon!

    I like her 6-pack abs DVD. I couldn't do that 5 days a week though, it killed my things....just what I need though.

  • I did the 30 day shred as well, but didn't see any results......she kinda bugs me a bit too though so i usually did it on mute.  I started doing Insanity a few months ago and the results are really good....hard workout but totally worth it! :)
