I work in a restaurant and we are having my co-worker and her husband cater our reception. She is a waitress and he is the head chef at the restaurant I work at, and they have a catering business on the side. They quoted us $2,000 for the catering today. We will have a fajita/burrito bar (carnitas, chicken, rice, beans, tortillas, chili colorado, etc. with all the toppings), as well as 4 appetizers they are going to walk around with. We will also have a chips and salsa/guacamole bar with lots of different salsas to choose from. We are having 200 people at the wedding..I'm wondering if this is a good price. I can't check out prices in the area of other caterers because no one offers this option or anything similar.
