I have posted before looking for info on ideas for my key west wedding. I am from Michigan but getting married down in key west on the beach. It will be a very simple cereamony, just me and Dave, plus my 2 bridesmaids and my mom and stepdad. Then we will have a reception back home for all the family.
I am Roxanne and my future husband is Dave. This is my first wedding and his second. He is truly my best friend and can't wait to be his wife.
We already found my dress and my mom bought it, since it was on clearance for a great price. Its not a typical wedding dress, I found it from the prom section. It white with yellow and orange flowers with streaks of light purple. Reminds me of a sunset and seemed perfect for on the beach. Mom and Dave both loved that dress on me. It was cute after mom bought it, he kept saying we have a dress.
Luckily most of the planning get done by the company we choose for the actual wedding, so a lot less stress there.
We plan on having the reception at the Bay City Yacht Club back home in Michigan after the wedding. Started putting together ideas on how I want to decorate for centerpieces and such.
Today I am just excited because found really cool invites for the reception for $7.99 a package at T J Maxx. They are ones you print yourself and inside of them is a 3D wedding cake with yellow flowers on it.
Ok I am rambling but just excited.
